As part of the applications for Land Use Consent, Section 13 Works in a Watercourse, Stormwater Discharge Permit required by the Auckland Regional Council and comprehensive Erosion and Sediment Control Plan was produced in association with the Civil Engineers for HY Developments Limited for their 108 Lot residential subdivision. Hazel-Hewitt and Associates monitored the Erosion and Sediment Control measures throughout the contract period liaising between Contractors, Civil Engineers and the respective Councils. Resource consent was granted for the projected and completed to requirements.

Activities included Erosion and Sediment Control design, stormwater attenuation and quality controls along with stream mitigation and restoration works. Resource Consent was granted.
