An industrial site in Station Road, Penrose, was a former metal casting foundry. A detailed site investigation including the history of the site, was completed along with a sampling regime to determine the extent and quantity of contamination on the site. Following the investigation a program of decontamination and remediation of the site was formulated.

A current foundry in the heart of Newmarket zoned for redevelopment as a residential commercial area. A preliminary site investigation into the extent and type of contamination on the site was conducted.

An industrial site on Great South Road, Penrose, zoned for redevelopment had a varied history of many types of activities including timber treatment and the storage of chemicals. A contaminated site investigation was completed including sampling remediation and certification on the completion.
